Tom is a Level 4 Trainer.
My passion for training and exercise has been with me from a young age. Being involved in competitive Martial Arts and Weightlifting has given me the opportunity to train and compete alongside Olympic and National level athletes. I feel a Personal Trainer should lead by example, I take pride in my own training and personal development to ensure this knowledge and experience can be passed on to clients I
I believe the key to getting desired results is to incorporate different forms of exercise into a bespoke, structured and progressive programme. With focus placed on improving a clients overall strength and conditioning, we will use functional weight lifting movements to improve body composition, muscular endurance, posture and overall fitness. Using an evidence based approach, I teach clients how to manage their nutrition in a simple, effective and goal orientated manor.
My enthusiasm is projected in a way that my clients feel motivated and inspired to push themselves to achieve goals. Each session will provide a fun, challenging environment to test previous boundaries and discover what you are really capable of.

Aidan is a Level 3 trainer who has completed a large number of courses to add to his training knowledge base.
Hi I’m Aidan and I help males and females reach their health and fitness goals. My female clients typically struggle with losing that annoying, stubborn bit of belly fat and want a firmer, rounder bum. With males I specialise in helping them get stronger and fitter.
I have a huge passion and knowledge that I love to share with my students. I have trained under Team GB gymnasts, UFC Strength & Conditioning coaches, leading nutritionists, world famous glute experts, and learned Muay Thai in its country of origin.
However, I have not always had the pleasure of being labelled a “fitness freak”. If you were to see me five years ago you wouldn’t recognise me. I was heavily addicted to nicotine and regularly drank my body weight in alcohol in between ordering my regular at McDonalds.
I discovered my passion for calisthenics (body weight training) after breaking my collarbone. Unable to perform a single press up, I set about building my strength up from scratch again, through breaking each movement down into suitable regressions and progressions.
I empower my clients to look, move and feel better, with an emphasis on nutrition as, in my experience, good nutrition sets the foundation for a healthier lifestyle. Clients have found their energy levels increase within a week, and have felt stronger, more flexible and toned within the first few sessions. I make it simple and enjoyable so people get the results they want.

Fitness is the ability to perform a certain task. In the military this meant that I needed to have the ability to carry my injured buddy (plus both our kits) to safe ground; to load-march for 30 miles over Dartmoor; to manoeuvre my own body weight and rifle) up ropes, over walls and through tunnels.
Today, I can reflect on my experiences while completing my Diploma, my interest and commitment to health and fitness over the last 20-30 years and couple it with my time in the military to form a bullet-proof, fool-proof method to stay physically and mentally fit, healthy and robust.
I am often asked “what is the key to getting fit and healthy?” There is always only one answer – mind-set – to which, I usually receive a look of disappointment, but if there is a secret, then this is it.
YOU need to determine what is your ‘why’. WHY are you getting up at 6am to lift heavy things off the floor? WHY are you spending at least one hour of valuable family time on machines that will make you tired and nauseous? WHY have we decided to embark on this journey? Establish your ‘why’, and the rest becomes easy!
HOW? Often the difficulty is getting started. For me, this comes down to Routine and Habit.
