Personal Training

Meet ‘Kinesis Personal Training Team’. You will find one or more of the Personal Trainers on the gym floor every day. They are there to help you get the best out of using the equipment so please ask them for any help you need. They can also advise with exercises for the ‘jungle gym’ and ‘bravo’ machines and with the equipment for functional training in the ‘personal training’ area. All our trainers and managers can advise on your nutrition so if you want some information on weight loss , adding muscle mass or carb cycling then don’t be afraid to ask.

When you join the gym we recommend you book an induction. Even if you have been a gym user in the past it is very likely that our resistance machines and cardio equipment will be different from equipment you have used before – even if it is just the programming for the treadmills. Following the induction you can complete an in-depth health questionnaire and request one of our personal trainers to write you a personal 4-week exercise and nutrition plan worth in excess of 100 pounds.
