This fitness apparatus will effectively challenge and condition your body to reach goals such as weight management, improved functionality and boosted performance for any type of sport.
The VIPRS can be found in the personal training area on the 1st floor of the gym . Members can learn how to add the VIPR to their own training regime by either joining a VIPR class which is run free by our personal trainer Noel or by joining his Master VIPR club for which there is a small charge applied.
