Workout using the TRX Suspension Trainer!

The TRX Suspension Trainer has taken the fitness market by storm, originally created and used by the Navy SEALS, this equipment leverages gravity and your bodyweight to build and tone muscle combining cardio with strength training.

You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

The harness are available in the personal training area on the 1st floor of the gym and in the circuit room.  We run TRX classes twice a week to help you get the best out of training with a TRX.
